You don’t need to be a mechanic. But you do need to enjoy helping customers and working closely with a team.

About the role

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repairs. You’ll work alongside our workshop team to ensure customers understand what’s happening with their vehicle and that the day runs smoothly.

This role sits right in the middle of the action — part customer service, part coordination, part problem-solving.

What your day might look like

• Greeting customers and checking vehicles in for servicing
• Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
• Creating repair orders and booking jobs into the workshop
• Communicating with technicians about work required
• Keeping customers updated throughout the day
• Explaining service recommendations and costs
• Organizing loan cars and pick-ups where required
• Finalizing invoices and handing vehicles back to customers

Service advisors act as the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring the work required is understood by both sides and that the service experience runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for

• Great communication and people skills
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems
• Problem solving mindset
• A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not essential

People from hospitality, retail management, or service industries often excel in this role.
