YOUR ROLE
As the Business Manager Technical Services, you will:
- effectively manage the Council’s civil asset infrastructure and ensure the timely delivery of the required outcomes and objectives within the areas of asset management, civil design standards and services, project and contract management;
- manage the development and scoping of capital works programs that deliver asset management and corporate plan objectives to meet the needs of the community; and
- achieve effective and sustainable Floodplain Risk Management (FRM) outcomes for Council by investigating and planning stormwater infrastructure upgrades ensuring high quality and coordinated outcomes are achieved.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- A commencing annual salary of $165,064 with progression up to $185,776 dependent upon skills and experience, inclusive of 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance and 11.5% superannuation. The salary may be negotiated with an exceptional candidate
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
