About the role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Improvement Specialist to join our Legal and Governance Services Group at the City of Coffs Harbour.

As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in championing business improvement, efficiency, and productivity across the organisation.

Reporting to the Group Leader of Legal and Governance Services, you will be responsible for;

  • Developing, establishing and implementing an annual business improvement plan based on directorate priorities.
  • Undertaking analysis of existing business processes, systems, applications, and functions against industry benchmarks to drive tangible improvements and ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Design, facilitate the implementation of business improvement initiatives that are aligned with the objectives of the City's operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve business improvement objectives.

About you?

If you hold Tertiary qualifications (minimum level diploma) in Business Administration, Auditing, Project Management, or equivalent and have demonstrated experience in business/process improvement, corporate and/or strategic planning, and organisational performance improvement and reporting this position may be a great fit you.
