The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an organised and pro-active individual to be accountable for the operations, partnerships, activation, and services of the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre (BVCCC).
As the BVCCC Team Leader, you will prepare and modify event quotations, event orders and event confirmations. You will process invoices (incoming/outgoing) and reimbursements for BVCCC. You will oversee day to day operations including preparing venue for functions, events and meetings which may include (but not limited to) catering, entertainment, decor, audio visual equipment, promotional material, cleaning and security.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) relevant to the position and a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience representing and successfully marketing venue facilities and events.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to positively influence, persuade and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability in the use of the Microsoft Office range of products.
Benefits
This is a permanent full time position working a base of 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $88,523.86 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,526.80 per week base salary
- $175.58 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
- Additional hours worked will be compensated at overtime rates subject to Award provisions.
