What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting customers at the trade counter and over the phone—providing quotes, advice, and friendly service

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with care and accuracy

• Managing incoming stock and keeping our warehouse and showroom clean and organised

• Working as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that has each other’s backs

What we’re looking for:

• A background in customer service, warehousing, retail, or a similar hands-on role

• Someone who’s great with people and comfortable using a computer

• A forklift licence is a bonus (but not essential—we can help you get it)

• Most importantly: someone who turns up, works hard, and fits in well with a humble, helpful team

• A Willingness to complete a Pre-employment Medical and a National Police Clearance
