Are you a skilled barista who’s passionate about great coffee, good vibes, and genuine customer connection? We’re opening a brand new café in the heart of Stirling, and we’re looking for an experienced Barista to help set the tone from day one.

This is more than just pouring shots — it’s your chance to help build a café culture that’s all about quality, community, and creativity.

What’s the Role?

As one of the first team members on board, you’ll play a key role in launching the café and shaping how we do things. You'll be dialling in, leading service behind the machine, and bringing great energy to every shift.

Whether you're looking to lead the coffee side of things or just do what you love in a supportive, well-run space — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Craft consistently excellent espresso and filter coffee

• Set up, dial in, and maintain equipment

• Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service

• Support daily operations – opening, closing, cleaning, stock, etc.

• Help develop systems and workflows during the pre-opening phase

• Work closely with a tight-knit team in a brand new environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced specialty café

• Confidence with dialling in and workflow behind the machine

• Pride in your work, attention to detail, and a calm presence

• A love for hospitality and people – you're more than just coffee-focused

• Bonus points for latte art, alternate brewing knowledge, or training skills

• Someone keen to be part of a team launching something new and exciting
