Bakers Delight Goulburn Square and Goulburn MarketPlace is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic Qualified Baker to join the Bakery.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Making and preparing bakery items as per menu.

• Ensuring the cleanliness of equipment and overall operational premises before initiating production, complying with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Monitoring the quality of raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients for baking.

• Expertly kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goods.

• Preparing various pastry fillings according to recipe specifications.

• Regulating oven temperatures and closely monitoring product appearance to determine accurate baking times.

• Coordinating the formation, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and other pastry products.

• Applying glazes to buns and pastries and decorating cakes with cream and icing to ensure a visually appealing product.

• Operating machinery used for rolling and moulding dough and biscuit cutting.

• Cleaning baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment, including greasing where necessary.

Requirements:

A formal qualification in baking or similar discipline, or equivalent industry experience of atleast 1 year. The experience can be in any country.
