About the role

We are seeking experienced Clinical Facilitators to guide, support undergraduate nursing students during their clinical placements. Our Clinical Facilitators work across hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney and regional NSW, supporting students on Clinical Placement. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses who enjoy teaching, mentoring and sharing their clinical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, support and educate undergraduate nursing students during their clinical placements

• Work across hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney and regional NSW

• Support students on clinical placement

About you

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in Australia, preferably in a hospital setting or aged care

• Completion of the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Course (required)

• Availability to work a full 2- or 4-week placement block

• Availability Monday to Friday during placement periods

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is desirable but not essential
