Support Worker (All-Rounder) – Coffs Harbour, Valla & Woolgoolga

Nextt is looking for compassionate, flexible Support Workers to join our team! Work across Coffs Harbour, Valla, and Woolgoolga, supporting clients with mental health, personal care, and community access. This is a rewarding role for someone who loves variety and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centred support for daily living and personal care
• Assist clients to participate in community activities, appointments, and social events
• Offer mental health support, encouragement, and companionship
• Work in a variety of home and community settings

• Base: $35.15/hr | Afternoon: $38.67/hr | Active Night: $39.37/hr
• Saturday: $49.21/hr | Sunday: $63.27/hr | Public Holiday: $77.33/hr

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in disability, mental health, or aged care (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR and Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
