Manager to lead our Parts team at our John Deere dealership in Inverell.

What You’ll
Be Doing

As Parts Manager, you will:

• Lead, support and develop the Parts team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department
• Provide sales and parts interpretation support to internal and
  external customers
• Manage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processes
• Maintain strong inventory accountability and support stocktakes
• Deliver a high level of service and support to our customers and
  partners
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the wider branch team to support business and
  customer needs
  

What We’re
Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous leadership or team management experience
• Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery,
  automotive or similar environment
• Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stock
  accountability
• Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional
  approach
• Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become
  proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
• Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
• Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team
  environment
