Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Toowoomba, QLD, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role also involves strategic communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management expertise
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

Pay: $48,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
