Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking a passionate Assistant Project Manager to join Council's Planning & Development team.

- Attractive Salary ranging from $85,935.20 up to $98,823.40 (PLUS Superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience.

- Project Administration and Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress while ensuring all milestones are met. Provide support with procurement activities, risk management, and liaising with stakeholders for effective project delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Financial and Resource Management Support: Help manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources while maintaining financial accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Support communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, manage consultations, and foster strong relationships​

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
We offer a comprehensive package designed to reward your expertise and dedication:
- Base Salary: $1,652.60 - $1,900.45 per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Superannuation: 11.5% employer contribution.
- Additional Leave:
- Long service leave after 5 years of employment.
- Flexible working arrangements with a rostered day off every 3 weeks, providing an additional 17 days off per year.
