About the Role

As an Assets Systems Officer, you will be a key part of our team, focusing on maintaining and improving our Asset Management Information System (AMIS). Your tasks will include:

  • Inputting and validating asset data
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities
  • Preparation of regular asset reports

 Your attention to detail will ensure our asset register remains accurate and complete. Strong communication skills are essential for using AMIS effectively to support our continuous improvement efforts. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Asset Management Information System
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities following best practices
  • Prepare regular asset reports
  • Maintain quality asset information in the asset register
  • Create work orders and manage related documentation for operations activities

About You

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, can prepare detailed reports, and ensures data integrity. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial. You should have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Asset Management Information System preferred but not essential
