About the role:

The Parks and Active Communities Unit is seeking an Assets Maintenance Planner to work with the Community Property and Assets Team and Park Operations Team to ensure all maintenance and servicing of community and recreation assets is planned and coordinated according to legislative requirements. This position contributes to property and asset management through the administration, planning and processing of around 2000 annual maintenance requests, and over 4000 annual planned maintenance jobs, routine servicing and inspections on buildings, plant and equipment and recreation assets.

This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
