In this role you will have the following accountabilities:

• Maintenance of the Shire's asset data within the ERP and GIS systems.
• Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate systems for data collection programs to ensure relevant infrastructure recording, which integrates into a GIS environment that creates intelligent data sets.
• Assist with ASpec data processing and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of updated Asset Management Plans for the Shire's assets.
• Assist the Asset Management Coordinator with reporting to the Asset Management Working Group (AMWG) to align with the Shire's strategic objectives.
• Assist with Annual Budget preparation.

Our preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skillset:

• A background in data processing and validation, ideally with working experience in A-Spec Digital Data Specifications
• Experience and/or interest in asset management.
• Experience with asset management software and/or large ERP's ideally TechnologyOne and QGIS
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Can do attitude with a desire to learn.
