About the opportunity

Do you enjoy delivering high-quality customer service in a busy and diverse environment? Council has multiple temporary and casual opportunities at our Outdoor Aquatic Facilities, providing friendly and efficient service to customers, members, and guests. As an Aquatics Customer Service Officer, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the pool kiosk, including processing memberships, handling Learn to Swim enrolments, and preparing and selling kiosk products. You'll use the computerised Point of Sale system to ensure smooth transactions and maintain compliance with food handling guidelines.

In this role, you'll also assist with the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch at Public Pools program, promoting water safety and education. We value teamwork and safety, so you'll contribute to a positive team culture and adhere to WHS standards. Remuneration:

$30.39 -$35.18 per hour plus superannuation (Casuals will also receive 25% loading)
