Location: Queanbeyan and Braidwood
The Package: $1,184.91 - $1,309.36 gross per week + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 5 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
Full time -38 hours per week. Flexible work/part time arrangements will be considered.

Join our dynamic team at QPRC and make a splash as an Aquatic Senior Pool Attendant at our Queanbeyan and Braidwood pools.
In this role you will:
- Supervise guests in the safe use of the pools.
- Provide quality customer service and advice.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the facilities.
- Undertake daily chemical filtration and plant operation equipment testing.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous work experience in a similar role and environment.
- Has obtained their Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Advanced First Aid Certificate and current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Has great time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Has proven ability to provide excellent customer service and care.
