Applications Technical Officers

We have two exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced individuals focused on delivering exceptional customer service of applications, including development applications, planning enquiries and lodgment support of relevant applications to customers of Council.

Previous knowledge or experience in the administration of development applications is highly desirable to ensure consistent, timely and accurate service is provided whilst meeting service standards and key performance indicators.

Reporting to the Applications Coordinator, you will be part of an engaging, inclusive and supportive team and contributing in a fast paced and high performing environment.

1 x Permanent full-time position

• Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
• Commencing salary range from $1,268.55 - $1,346.20 per week (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• 11.5% superannuation
• Great organisational culture with a strong, values led and progressive team 
• Access to local government benefits such as; LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities etc.  

1 x Permanent part-time position

• Permanent part time, 21 hours per week
• Commencing salary range from $761.12 - $807.71 per week (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• 11.5% superannuation
• Great organisational culture with a strong, values led and progressive team 
• Access to local government benefits such as; LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities etc.
