A Sales Role That’s More Than Just Sales

We’re looking for a Casual Salesperson to join our team in Dungog, NSW, working three days per week with the potential to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.

This is more than just a retail job — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted face in the community, helping local farmers and hobbyists find the tools and supplies they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in agricultural clients
• Handling and loading stock up to 25kg
• Managing stock levels and restocking displays
• Assisting with general store upkeep and presentation
• Collaborating with your team to meet store goals
• Operating basic computer systems for sales and inventory
• Supporting rotating Saturday shifts as required

The Skills and Spirit We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a passion for agriculture and a genuine commitment to customer service. You’ll also need:

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Confidence in lifting and moving products (up to 25kg)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus points for:

• Forklift licence
• Experience in manual handling or stock management
• Retail or sales experience, ideally in rural merchandise
• Attention to detail and initiative
