About the RoleÂ
 We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team in a supportive rural aged care home. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents.
No two days are the same! As Personal Care Worker, you will:Â
- Provide personal care including assistance with showering, dressing and grooming
- Support residents with mobility and safe manual handling
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily living activities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
About YouÂ
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (desirable)
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work across a variety of shifts
- Understanding of person-centred care
- Current National Police Check and NDIS (or willingness to obtain)
