About The Role
The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, both at reception and over the phone. You’ll provide responsive and welcoming front-of-house services that reflect GPHs values while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hub.
Based in Young, this position is a full-time opportunity, with the option to enjoy a monthly RDO.

Duties
Provide responsive and professional front-of-house services Provide administration and business systems support for the overall day-to-day functioning of the office. Work collaboratively with local service delivery teams and other administrative staff to provide support for programs.
Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/office administration (or working towards) and/or experience in an administrative roleExceptional customer service skills including the ability to be approachable, helpful and respectful Strong attention to detail, ability to be flexible and open to learning new skills Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
