About the role
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with the option of flexitime) at the Nowra Administration Building.

This position is responsible for providing a diverse range of administrative support to our Property Services team and the wider Technical Services Department.
Duties
Reporting directly to the Property Services Manager, the focus of this position is to:

- Triage phone calls and enquiries to team members
- Champion a professional and high level, customer-focused service
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, reports and any other form of correspondence and keep members of the team informed on any issues that arise
- Contribute to changes to policies and procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Adhere to Council's financial sustainability plan by ensuring works are undertaken within budget and allocated resources
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the position, you will have:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or Property (Real Estate) and/or experience in a property environment
- Class C Drivers licence
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia
We are looking for someone with high level communication skills who is able to take initiative and work with complex business documentation.
