What you'll be doing:
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for converting prospects into long-term OfficeHQ clients. Your role centres on inbound sales and pipeline nurturing, with additional scope across corporate enquiries and partner development.Convert inbound sales leads using solution-based selling techniques, tailoring your approach to each prospect's stage in the buying journeyNurture a pipeline of prospects and trial customers, guiding them towards a paid service with a focus on setting them up for long-term successManage corporate and high-volume enquiriesGrow referral and affiliate partnerships to drive third-party growthMonitor progress against sales targets and flag risks earlyBuild relationships with businesses of all sizes across multiple channels
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a commercially driven, engaging team player with a proven track record in inbound sales. Experience in a B2B sales role is preferred, with strong pipeline management and communication skills a must.Proven experience in an inbound sales role, preferably B2BExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence with technology and learning new systemsStrong organisation skills and attention to detailGrowth mindset with the ability to work autonomouslyPositive, client-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Private home office spaceModern computer, preferably with two monitorsHigh-speed NBN internet connectionAbility to commute to Maroochydore (Qld) office 2 days per weekAvailable for initial in-office training for up to 4 weeksPermanent Residency or Citizen of Australia
