Owner Liaison & Holiday Property Manager – Belle Property Escapes

Belle Property Escapes Cairns manages around 100 premium holiday properties across Cairns, Palm Cove and the Northern Beaches.

We are looking for a calm, capable and highly organised Owner Liaison & Holiday Property Manager to help care for our owners, their properties and the overall standard of the portfolio.

This is an owner-facing role. You will be a trusted point of contact for owners, making sure they feel informed, supported and confident that their property is being properly cared for.

You will also coordinate maintenance, trades, cleaners and internal follow-up to make sure property matters are communicated clearly, actioned properly and followed through to completion. Your role is to coordinate the right people, approvals and follow-up – not to complete maintenance or cleaning yourself.

This role supports a seven-day holiday accommodation operation, with rostered weekend work generally every second weekend or similar, along with the need to respond to urgent property, guest or maintenance matters outside standard office hours when required.

What you’ll be doing:
– Acting as a key point of contact for owners regarding property care, maintenance and presentation.
– Providing clear, timely and professional owner updates.
– Coordinating maintenance, repairs, quotes, approvals and contractor follow-up.
– Working with cleaners and quality control inspectors to ensure properties are guest-ready.
– Keeping property notes, owner preferences and maintenance records up to date.
– Supporting new property onboarding and readiness checks.
– Assisting with urgent property-related guest issues when required.
– Following issues through from start to finish, rather than simply passing them on.
– Helping improve systems, workflows and communication as the department grows.

What we’re looking for:
– Experience in property, hospitality, accommodation, owner relations, maintenance coordination or a similar role.
– Warm, clear and professional communication.
– Strong organisation and follow-through.
– Practical problem-solving ability.
– High attention to detail and presentation standards.
– Confidence dealing with owners, trades, contractors and internal team members.
– Comfortable using systems, apps and technology.
– Calm under pressure and able to manage shifting priorities.
– Willingness to work rostered weekends and respond to urgent matters outside standard business hours when required.
– Current driver’s licence.
