About the role

We are seeking passionate Senior Fashion Stylists and Sales Superstars to join our team in Harbour Town. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experience and showcasing our high-quality products.

We don’t just sell pyjamas; we sell the ultimate experience of luxury and comfort. We are looking for sales - and customer obsessed individuals with a knack for styling.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively guide customers to the right products using in-depth product knowledge, ensuring satisfaction.

2. Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store environment

3. Maintaining a visually appealing and organised store presentation

4. Assisting with product replenishment and inventory management

5. Achieving individual and team sales targets

6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to support store operations

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or fashion role

2. Experience with running day to day store operations in a senior capacity

3. Strong fashion and styling knowledge, with the ability to close sales

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service

6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

7. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach
