About the Role

• Welcome customers to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, end-users, and stonemasons.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
• Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
