 About the Role

You’ll be part of our seafood processing team, ensuring our oysters are prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standards.

Your duties include:

• Oyster processing — washing, opening, sorting and packing
• Delivery coordination — assisting with accurate inward/outward product movements
• Food safety compliance — maintaining a clean, organized processing area
• Manual handling as part of daily operations

️ Essential Requirements

• Driver’s license
• Early start availability
• Ability to work on your feet
• Basic computer literacy
• Food handling knowledge
• Experience in a process‑driven environment

 Desirable Skills

• Seafood/knife handling skills
• HACCP experience
