We are a combined clinic with psychologists working alongside medical specialists working in a hybrid service model with face-to-face and telehealth consultations in our private suites.

The core of the role is patient-centred, neuro-affirming psychology with assessments as required. We are not an "assessments only" clinic.

Your experience with ASD, ADHD, neurodiverse population, Eating Disorders (broader spectrum rather than limited to DSM-V), is essential.

This is not an NDIS-funded position, although we can offer NDIS-based work, upon your request.

About the company:

We are a modern, sophisticated, multi-site MDT practice that operates with a strong emphasis on clients' optimal physical and mental health, assisting them to drive high levels of performance in work and study, and secures time-efficient psychological interventions supporting clients in their ambitious goals.

We provide high quality administrative support through a locally based team. This team can coordinate all referrals, bookings and communications with clients and our clinic handles all MDT services, billings and accounting with zero accounts receivable responsibility for you as a clinician. The clinic works with Best Practice software with a private server and world-class data protection safeguards. We are constantly at the cutting edge of data privacy.

Our Broadbeach Clinic provides quiet and well-situated consulting suites close to shops, the beach and green space. Parking is available on site and we are located only two minutes walk from the G-Link. The clinic has low visitor numbers at the premises and also hosts medical specialists, GPs and other Allied Health specialties with an on-site administration team in addition to remote support from our other locations across Melbourne and Sydney.

Our clientele are a diverse selection of professionals, students and children who are seeking ongoing coaching and psychological development in their professional and personal lives.

About the role:

Independent contract, commission-based payment arrangements with a lower range of 170-230 AUD p/h.

Competence in solution-focused framework; eclectic approach is highly appreciated; a range of frameworks can be used, including traditional behavioural therapy, coaching, neuro-affirming approach, CBT targeting specific disorders or behaviours.

Conduct Face-to-Face and Telehealth privately billed sessions. Clinician presence in the office for face to face appointment days is expected.

Professional growth and development are provided with a focus on optimal health performance (including our national conferences in the specialty).

We expect and encourage you to actively collaborate with our GPs, specialists and allied health colleagues in a community of practice and keep regular email communication with your colleagues and admin team.

Essential:

Experience working with private patients and clients

Experience working with neurodivergence, ADHD, ASD and Eating Disorders (broader spectrum rather than limited to DSM-V)

Compliance with Medicare requirements

Experience keeping accurate records

Digital literacy, understanding data privacy, safe storage and transmission

High level of spoken and written English is essential

Fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese is a bonus
