Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Construction Machine Operators to join our site teams.

The Role

This is a hands-on site-based position operating a range of civil construction machinery across bulk earthworks, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with Supervisors, Engineers, and site crews to deliver project outcomes safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of civil machinery including (some or all):

  • Excavators

  • Loaders

  • Rollers

  • Water carts / dump trucks

• Perform trenching, battering, pad preparation, drainage and final trim work

• Able to use GPS enable machines

• Work safely in accordance with WHS requirements and site procedures

• Assist with general civil labouring duties when required

• Support productivity and site targets through teamwork and communication

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating machinery in civil construction

• Demonstrated ability to operate multiple machine types competently

• Number of machine types required is flexible based on candidate experience

• Commitment to safe work practices and site compliance

• White Card (required)

• Relevant machine tickets or OSA and licences

• HR licence (desirable but not essential)

• Final trim experience highly regarded
