Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Agricultural Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in agricultural service industry
  • Experience delivering high-value services to Growers and managers

Tasks and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Technician to join our team. In this role, you will investigate, conduct tests and provide essential technical support to senior management and Agronomists. Your responsibilities will span across research, production, servicing, and advising on installing and servicing agricultural equipment and best practice:

  • Support the set-up and running of crop testing and trials.
  • Ensure best practice for modern agricultural technologies.
  • Research, test, diagnose and resolve issues related to crops, agricultural equipment and systems.
  • Monitoring and analysing the quality of crops and processes.
  • Collecting crop data for research and development of efficient productivity.
  • Provide training and advice to clients and team members on equipment usage and best practices.
