About the RoleÂ
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive team. Working within our aged care home, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and respect. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference.
No two days are the same! As Registered Nurse, you will:Â
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes
- Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice care delivery
- Liaise with residents, families, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Respond to changes in residents’ health and escalate where required
About YouÂ
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (desirable)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, resident-centred approach to care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirements
- Current National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
