About The Role

As General Manager, Greenmount, you will have full accountability for the leadership, performance and culture of the home. You’ll ensure exceptional person-centred care, a safe and compliant environment, and strong financial outcomes while leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver their best—every day.

What You’ll Bring

Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated services environment Proven ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams Strong commercial acumen, including budget, occupancy and performance management Sound knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory compliance Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
