We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Estimator to join our team and take ownership of quoting across a wide range of residential works — from day-to-day maintenance through to full-scale renovation and upgrade projects.

This is a key role in the business. You’ll be responsible for turning site information into clear, accurate, and profitable quotes across multiple trades.

About the Role

You’ll be quoting a diverse range of residential works, including:

• General maintenance and reactive works

• Plumbing jobs and upgrades

• Bathroom renovations and refits

• Roofing and external works

• Solar panel installations and related upgrades

• Multi-trade projects requiring coordination and scope development

You’ll work closely with supervisors and the operations team to ensure nothing is missed and everything is priced correctly.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can think, not just price:

• Proven experience in estimating across multiple trades or construction scopes

• Strong understanding of residential maintenance and renovation works

• Ability to build detailed scopes from limited information

• Confident reading site notes, photos, and understanding real-world conditions

• Strong attention to detail — no missed items, no guesswork

• Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and hit deadlines

• Clear communicator with both office staff and field teams

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Reviewing site reports, photos, and job history

• Building detailed scopes of works

• Producing accurate, profitable quotes

• Identifying risks, variations, and missing information

• Liaising with supervisors, trades, and suppliers where needed

• Continuously improving pricing accuracy and efficiency
