This is a great opportunity for a logistics professional with experience in export shipping and distribution to step into a critical role supporting the safe and efficient delivery of chemical products for a premier multinational company.

Your new role Plan and schedule distribution of chemical products based on customer demand Coordinate transport, export shipping, and logistics activities

Manage orders, dispatch, and invoicing processes Liaise with internal teams, transport providers, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with dangerous goods and shipping documentation requirements

Support continuous improvement of logistics processes Provide on-call support and occasional weekend coverage What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in export shipping and logistics Solid understanding of transport and compliance requirements Strong organisational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer service Commitment to occasional after-hours/weekend rosters

On-call and after-hours support required for permanent employees (typically 1 in every 3 weeks, moving towards 1 in every 5 weeks) On-call allowance and payment per response $100,000 salary + super + allowances
