We are looking for an experienced management rights manager on the southern end Gold Coast with a strong background in resort operations, guest services, team leadership, and financial management for a high-profile resort. Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations of accommodation properties while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Skilled in managing relationships with owners, guests, contractors, and body corporate committees, with a strong understanding of management rights operations within Queensland’s strata and resort environment. Experienced in budgeting, revenue management, maintenance coordination, compliance, staff supervision, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A hands-on and proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, committed to maintaining well-presented properties, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.Â
