Position description

You will have the opportunity to work on a large range of earth moving equipment working within the mining and civil industry.

In this position you will be responsible for the servicing repair and maintenance of mobile plant equipment including fault finding and diagnostics to assist the prevention of break downs or unexpected down time of machinery.

At times you will be working autonomously within your role and therefore must show imitative and a strong understanding of the plant.

You will need the following attributes.

• Mine site experience or Dealer trained.

• Strong commitment to safety

• Competent in electrical and hydraulic repairs

• Competent in field service

• Able to work in a team or independently.

• Heavy diesel mechanic trade qualification essential

• Caterpillar experience preferred but not essential.
