The Role

The purpose of this role is to support Families to be self-determined, empower families to achieve their goals and keep Families safely together. The Family services case manager will hold a variety of Integrated Family Services (IFS) targets and Family Preservation and Reunification Response (FPRR) targets. The Family services case manager will support Families to identify and achieve personal, cultural and family related goals. In the FPRR program, a family services case manager will work alongside the family and Child Protection to address protective concerns identified by Child Protection to either preserve the family unit or work towards family reunification.
