• Prepare consistently high-quality coffee

Key Responsibilities (Chef)

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes

• Maintain food quality and consistency

• Follow food safety procedures

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

• Support menu development where appropriate

Skills & Experience (Barista)

• Minimum 2 years Barista experience

• Strong milk texturing and latte art skills

• Experience with specialty coffee

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual

• Excellent communication skills

• Weekend availability

• Australian working rights

Skilly & Experience (Chef)

• Minimum 2 years commercial kitchen experience

• Breakfast and lunch experience preferred

• Asian cuisine experience is an advantage

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable and able to work under pressure
