Experienced Mechanic – Mobile Service Role

Location: Gisborne and Melbourne (Northern Suburbs)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are a growing mobile mechanic business looking for an experienced and reliable mechanic to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and wants a varied workday outside of a traditional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs at customer locations

• Manage assigned jobs efficiently and professionally

• Communicate clearly with customers and provide high-quality service

• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle to a high standard

• Experience with HINO/Fuso/Toyota would be highly preferred but not essential

About You

• Proven experience as a qualified or experienced mechanic

• Must hold a recognised trade certificate in automotive mechanical repair

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on mechanic experience required

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Current driver's licence

• Professional attitude and good customer service skills
