We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our in-house digital team on the Gold Coast. If you live and breathe paid social, love diving into performance data, and want to grow quickly inside a fast-moving fashion brand, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest

• Monitor performance daily and weekly, making data-driven recommendations to improve results

• Run A/B tests across creative and targeting to continuously improve performance

• Optimise content and creative for search, paid social and other digital platforms

• Stay across industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities

• Deliver regular performance insights across sales and media to support wider business decisions

• Build reports and insights to support influencer, social, customer experience and design teams

• Work closely with the creative team to brief and source assets for paid channels

Skills & Experience

• 1-2+ year experience in a paid media role (agency or fashion/ecommerce essential)

• Hands-on experience with Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest Ads Manager

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions

• Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
