An exciting opportunity to be the Operations Manager of a young and fast-growing small company based in the Southern Gold Coast/Northern NSW region!
Gold Coast Cookies sells Australia's original filled and loaded cookies, and we are looking to hire an A-Player to run the operations with excellence and high standards in every aspect.
We started with a small apartment kitchen in February 2020, and in just 6 years, our cookies are now found in over 1500+ cafes and venues nationwide throughout Australia, with distribution in each state.
We are committed to keeping up our fast-paced growth at Gold Coast Cookies whilst building a strong brand known for high-quality cookies and products within Australia and beyond.
The right person will be up for a challenge and a constantly changing environment. They must have high standards in all aspects of operations and always be present for business operations in the building.
They should be hands-on and fast-learning across machinery, computer systems, baking operations, and hygiene standards. Above all, they are a strong team leader: intelligent, resilient, and determined to solve whatever challenges come their way.
Experience is preferred, but we are keen to welcome a wide range of suitable candidates who love to work hard.
