About the Role
As a Warehouse Logistics and Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the C-130J mission-ready. Working within a collaborative warehouse team, you’ll contribute to the efficient management of inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform stocktakes and inventory counts
  • Receipt, store, and dispatch goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory and supply records
  • Monitor stock levels and support availability of materials
  • Conduct inspections and report discrepancies

About you:

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control, and/or qualifications to Diploma level
  • Experience in Defence or a similar structured logistics environment
  • Current Class C Driver Licence

Desirable

  • Valid LF Forklift Licence (NSW High Risk)
  • Experience in Defence or aviation logistics
  • SAP / S4 HANA experience
  • Strong inventory or stock control background
  • Dangerous Goods certification (IATA) or DG handling experience

About You

  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to prioritise, manage time, and work autonomously or in a team
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of WHS practices
  • Confident using MS Office and related systems

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
