Disability Support Worker (Casual) (Female)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in line with individual support plans
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care (where required)
- Support participants with community access and appointments
- Encourage independence, choice, and control
- Maintain clear shift notes and follow organisational policies
- Work collaboratively with the care team and management
Essential Requirements
- Female support worker (required due to participant needs)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
- Working With Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills and professional boundaries
Desirable
- Experience supporting participants with psychosocial or complex needs
- Experience in community access and supported accommodation
- Medication assistance experience (or willingness to train)
