Situated on the Mornington Peninsula, Donato's is a family operated business.

Our Venue trades 7 days a week and two nights a week (Thursday & Friday)

We are currently looking for a reliable and passionate Casual Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food. Would suit / cater for someone whom has an Italian background or knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assist with stock control and kitchen prep

• Work efficiently during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (Minimum 5 Years) Competent with Italian Food (Fresh Pasta, Lasagna & Gnocchi) also can cook independently and familiar Modern Australian Breakfast & Lunch. Please see our menu online donato1980.com.au

• Strong time management and organisation skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
