Overview
We are seeking an ERP Change Management Support Specialist to provide hands‑on support across multiple ERP projects. This role supports the ERP Business Change Practitioner, strengthening delivery of change management, communication, training readiness, and stakeholder engagement activities during a period of reduced internal capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to change impact assessments and end‑user readiness activities.
- Assist with stakeholder analysis, sponsor updates, leadership briefings, and manager toolkits.
- Draft and maintain change management artefacts, including CIAs, plan components, readiness summaries, and communications collateral.
- Support training readiness and adoption, ensuring change impacts are aligned with training plans (training delivery not required).
- Identify, track, and report on change-related risks, issues, resistance, and dependencies.
- Provide regular inputs into change reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Working Relationships
The role reports to the ERP Business Change Practitioner and works closely with ERP project managers, program teams, trainers, communications officers, SMEs, and vendor leads.
