The Midcoast Trucks Group is a family-owned company with 3 locations in Macksville, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. We are the North Coast Isuzu Dealer and one of the largest Used Truck Dealers in Australia. We have been in business for 35 years. We require an Administration Assistant to join our Coffs Harbour Branch.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable administrative assistant with prior office experience who is approachable and prides themselves on being organised, professional, friendly, and supportive.
We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture. Flexible days and hours are available for the right candidate.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Data entry and record keeping
- Providing customer service support
