Develop, plan and implement a quality Care and Education program and environment. This will be supported by the Educational Leader.

Guide and support your team working within our Centre philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework and The UN Rights of the Child Act.

Communicate respectfully with children, families and educators.

Maintain up to date documentation and educational program

Respond to the emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the children.

Create a safe, stimulating and appropriate learning and care environment that extends and supports development.

Assume the role of responsible person as required.

Be a terrific team player within your own team and the whole facility
