We focus on creating memorable experiences through great food, exceptional coffee, and warm, genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Manager to help lead our team, uphold our high standards of service, and continue shaping the unique Tinka experience. This role is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to play a key role in the ongoing success of the venue.

What We're Offering:

• Management role with leadership responsibilities

• Day shifts only with shifts running 7:45am-1:30 or 2:30pm (depending on the day) - you'll be out with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day

• Flexibility in working days (5 per week) and the ability to control your own hours in conjunction with your teams' roster

• Permanent part-time or full-time position—flexibility to grow the role to suit the right person, if desired

• A chance to work closely with our management team to shape the experience at Tinka and continued growth in the broader company

• Experience in hospitality, particularly in leadership or management

• A passion for great coffee, brunch food, and vibrant hospitality experiences

• Strong organisational skills, a system-oriented mindset, and excellent people skills
