What You’ll Be Doing

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s success — leading your team, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

• Leading, training, and motivating team members

• Overseeing merchandising, inventory, and store presentation

• Maintaining exceptional customer experience standards

• Executing store-level marketing and promotional initiatives

• Reporting performance and ensuring targets are met
