About the
role:
We are
currently seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in
Rockhampton. Our Administration Officer will provide a
range of general administrative and reception duties in support of
service delivery and Centre Management.
 What will a
typical day look like?
- Answer phone and in
person enquiries and liaise with tenants, participants,
government departments, members of the public and other
stakeholders. - Arrange mail and
courier functions - Perform a range of
general administrative support duties - Provide assistance
to support meetings - Ensure the
monitoring, purchasing and maintenance of printing and
stationery supplies as required - Facilitate the
utilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusive of cleaning,
service and repairs
Mandatory
Requirements:
- Certificate III in
business/office administration (or related discipline) and
experience in a similar position; or - A
minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to
achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from
enrolment.
